How can we help you?
What we do?

Why are some campaigns all or nothing?
Some our campaigns are run on an all or nothing basis to ensure there is a true sense of interdependency and shared responsibility among all donors. The major donors will only give if the small donors give, and the small donors only give if the major donors give. This sense of interdependency often aids in reaching the crucial tipping point.

Do you find matchers for my campaign?
No, each nonprofit is required to find their own matchers. But don’t worry! We have a support section devoted to teaching you how to utilize our system best, including how to find your matchers.
Why are campaigns typically so short? Doesn't that affect the amount of money we could raise?
We’ve learned that Paradoxically, longer campaigns yield lower returns. The short time frame creates an urgency that encourages donors to give now. The short, defined time-frame of a campaign allows you to leverage the power of your networks to energize your fans and generate buzz. The ticking clock urges people to act now rather than wait around and do it tomorrow…or forget about it entirely. With less than 24-36-48 hours to go, supporters prioritize giving. On the web, everything is sped up, so that even 24 hours may seem like a lot. The vast majority of our campaigns have raised their entire goal in less than half the time needed.
What happens if a goal is met before the deadline?
Your donors can continue to give but their donations are not matched unless there is a bonus round.
